Mannerisms; She has the obnoxious habit of staring straight into a person's eyes when they speak, or when she speaks.
Fears/Dislikes; Being alone, mostly. She dislikes people who complicate things to make themselves seem mysterious; she likes people who speak their minds, especially when she can immediately shoot them down and tell them they're wrong

She knew she was attractive enough by these small town standards that if she pursed her lips, batted her eyelashes and, most importantly, kept her mouth shut, she could probably have a very lovely night with the guy who- while not being a model or movie star- at least seemed able to speak without drooling on himself and didn't have any oozing holes in him.
But where was the fun in that?
"Babe was a pig, sweetie, and you don't have enough money in your wallet to get me drunk enough to haul back to your apartment." She stared straight in his eyes, a pleasant smile on her face as he backed off os fast he almost knocked his stool over
